More than 5 years have passed since last update.

flutter iosでrunすると'pod install' or update your CocoaPods installation.というエラーが出る

エラー文

error: The sandbox is not in sync with the
    Podfile.lock. Run 'pod install' or update your
    CocoaPods installation.

こんなエラー文が出てビルドできなくなる。

ターミナルでflutterのプロジェクト/iosフォルダに移動し

$ pod install

を行う。
