aptをアップデート
sudo apt update
aptでnodeとnpmをインストール
sudo apt install nodejs npm
nをインストールする（nodeのバージョンを切り替えられるパッケージ）
sudo npm install -g n
nodeの最新版を入れる
sudo n latest
node -vで最新版がインストールできていることを確認する
