[WIP] 私用 Windows → MacBook Pro 引越し手順書

引越し

とても古い Wndows11 PC のストレージが満タンになった。

ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 が欲しかったが、2025年８月16日現在全国的に品薄だった。

Windows に拘る理由はただひとつ。

Adobe Photoshop CS6 と Adobe Illustrator CS6 のインストール用ディスクを遥か昔に購入しており、それを使い続けたいからであった。

しかし、WSL2 での開発 (趣味 & 副業) には不満を感じていた。

そこで妙案が思い浮かんだ。
Windows Machine 自体は壊れたわけではないので、クリーンインストールののち Adobe 関連だけを入れて使用し続け、他は MacBook に移行するという案だ！

これデカ鶴！(とても大きい

そして価格を比較してみると、MacBook Pro の方が若干安かった！
本当に若干だけど！

よし！決まり！

• Windows Machine:
  • Clean install
  • Use only for Adobe, iTunes, and Chrome
• MacBook Pro:
  • Use as my main machine
  • Daily use
  • Code implementation including machine learning

旧 PC 側の準備

Google drive や外部 storage 等に退避しておく。

必要ファイルたちの保存

• retrieve necessary files and folders
  • Pictures
  • Documents
  • iTunes music dir if necessary
    • C:\Users\USER_NAME\Music
  • Chrome (同期していない場合)
    • Bookmarks
      • ブックマーク → 「ブックマークマネージャー」→「エクスポート」
    • Passwords
      • パスワード → パスワードと自動入力 → パスワードマネージャー → 設定 → エクスポート
  • OBS Studio
    • C:\Users\<ユーザー名>\AppData\Roaming\obs-studio\
  • VRoid Studio
    • C:\Users\<ユーザー名>\AppData\LocalLow\pixiv\VRoid Studio
    • C:\Users\<ユーザー名>\Documents\VRoid\
  • 3tene

iTunes 認証解除

• iTunes を起動
• 画面上部メニューから
  • アカウント (Account) → 認証 (Authorizations) → このコンピュータの認証を解除 (Deauthorize This Computer) を選択
• Apple ID とパスワードを入力
• 確認ダイアログで「解除」を選択

Adobe CS6 Extended

• retrieve fonts
  • C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Fonts
  • C:\ユーザー\USER_NAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Fonts
• Photoshop
  • スウォッチファイル (.aco or .ase)
    • スウォッチパネルを開く
    • 上メニュー「ウィンドウ」→「スウォッチ」
    • パネル右上の「≡」→ 「スウォッチを保存…」を選択
    • 保存ダイアログで場所を確認 or 新規保存してパスを把握
  • ブラシファイル (.abr)
    • ブラシパネルを開く
    • 上メニュー「ウィンドウ」→「ブラシ」または「ブラシプリセット」
    • パネル右上の「≡（パネルメニュー）」→ 「ブラシをエクスポート…」を選択
    • 保存ダイアログで場所を確認 or 新規保存してパスを把握
  • default location
    • Win: C:\Users\<ユーザー名>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop <バージョン>\Presets\Brushes
    • Mac: /Users/<ユーザー名>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop <バージョン>/Presets/Brushes
• Deauthorize your acconunt
  • Adobe アプリを起動
  • 上メニュー → ヘルプ（Help） → ライセンス認証の解除（Deactivate） または サインアウト
  • ダイアログが出たら コンピューターからライセンスを解除 を選択
  • 「完了」したらAdobe IDでサインアウト
  • 必要であれば Adobe Application Manager や Creative Cloud もサインアウト

注意: CS6は古いが、オンラインで認証状態が残る場合あり。必ず解除すること。

Steam

再ダウンロード可能だが念のためバックアップ

• location
  • C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\
  • confirm save data of games
    • C:\Users\<ユーザー名>\Documents\My Games\
    • C:\Users\<ユーザー名>\AppData\Local\ or Roaming\

Windows11 クリーンインストール準備

• Check TPM 2.0 availability
  • スタート → デバイスマネージャー を開く
  • 「セキュリティデバイス」を展開
  • トラステッド プラットフォーム モジュール 2.0 があれば OK
• Check Sequre Boot availability
  • Windowsキー + R → msinfo32 と入力して Enter
  • 「システム情報」ウィンドウで下の方を探す
  • 「セキュア ブートの状態」 = 有効 または サポートされているが無効 → OK
  • 「サポートされていない」 → Windows 11 非対応
• Windows 11 のインストール メディアを作成する
  • 一旦 C drive の Downloads に保存される
  • クリックして
  • 8GB 以上の USB メモリに直接書き込み

Windows install and setup

• クリーンインストール実行
  • USBから起動して「カスタムインストール」を選択
  • 旧 C ドライブを削除して新しいパーティションを作る
    • そこに新規インストール
  • インストール後の初期設定
  • Microsoft アカウントでログイン
  • ドライバ更新（Windows Update で大抵揃う）
  • 必要最小限のアプリ（Adobe, iTunes, Chrome など）を再セットアップ

General

• キーバインディング設定
• スクリーンセイバー等画面設定
• 複数モニターある場合は位置設定 (デスクトップで右クリック)

Adobe

• acitivate your account
• move fonts to accurate place
• Photoshop
  • setup your color palette
  • setup your custom brushes
• enable GPU

Chrome

• Login using your accont(s)
  • All the settings are restored automatically

iTunes

Not yet activated

• Hot Corner
• Lock Screen, Screen Saver
• Show Path at the bottom of the finders
• Show hidden files and folders

Register your info to Git

SSH 接続のための 公開鍵/秘密鍵 を作成する

ssh-keygen -t ed25519 -C "[e-mail]"

~/.ssh 以下に id_ed25519 (秘密鍵) と id_ed25519.pub (公開鍵) が出来ている。
確認

ls ~/.ssh

公開鍵を GitLab に登録する

cat ~/.ssh/id_ed25519.pub

で terminal に表示されるので copy しておく。

1. click your icon and select Preferences
2. click the SSH keys icon on the left side bar
3. copy and paste the contents of your public key on the field named Key
4. click on the Add key button

• Slack
  • インストーラの指示に従えば OK
    • メールアドレスでログインしたら、追加したい参加済み Workspace を選べるので選択する
• Zoom
  • カメラが顔を追尾してグニグニ動く
    • カメラ使用中にディスプレイ上部バーの緑のビデオアイコンを押すと Center Stage をオフにできる
  • Meeting を作成して画面共有しようとすることでポップアップを出し、Zoom に対して画面共有を許可する
• Google Meet
  • Meeting を作成して画面共有しようとすることでポップアップを出し、Google Meet に対して画面共有を許可する
    • Chrome 再起動して完了
