とりあえず結論

  • DNS設定を解除してください

少し詳細

問題

  • 新幹線や鉄道のフリーWi-Fiに繋げたいが，認証のポップアップが出て来ず，接続完了ができない

原因

  • 僕の場合は，DNSを8.8.8.8に設定していたのが悪さをしていました

解決方法

  • DNS設定を解除しました
