magit-resetとかだと思うけど、ファイル単位ならmagit-file-checkout -
magit-statusのバッファで、戻したいファイルの上でM-x magit-file-checkout - キーは割り当てられてないみたい
- 最初に戻したい revision を聞かれるけど、大体デフォの master でいいと思う
