Unity x VSCodeで開発をしていてIntelisenseが効かなくて困った時の対応です

環境

Unity 2020.1.1f1
VSCode 1.47.3

対応

  1. UnityのEigt -> Preferences -> External Tools
  2. "Generate.csproj files for:"のチェックを全て外して"Regenerate Project Files"を選択
  3. リロードする
    VSCode上で"Ctrl+Shift+P"を押下し"Developer:Reload Window"でOK
