QtQuickでデザインモードにできない

QtWidgetではデザインモードが開けるのに，QtQucikではデザインモードが開けない

解決方法

QmlDesignerがデフォルトでは無効化されているのでHelp->About PluginからQMLDesignerを有効にして再起動する．
