こちらで言われている通りです。
Windows10の左下にある検索欄にGit Bashと入力し、出てきたGit Bashを右クリック->管理者として実行を選択します。
開いたターミナルで以下の一行を実行します。
git config --system core.longpaths true
これだけです。
