Galaxyでタブ区切りをカンマ区切りに変換してみよう

Galaxyを利用してカンマをタブに変更する手順

データをGalaxyから取り出して利用する時に、カンマ区切りのcsvファイルの方が都合が良いという場合が有る
そんな場合に備えて、タブで区切られているデータをカンマ区切りに変更してみよう

左側の"Tool"領域の"SQL tools"をクリック

表示される"Tabular to CSV"をクリック

"File(tabular)"フィールドのドロップダウンリストでファイルやデータを指定

"Execute"をクリックして実行

右側の"History"領域で、作成されたデータの目玉アイコンをクリック
