環境（ホストPC）

  • Windows 10 Pro 1909
  • VMware(R) Workstation 15 Pro

環境（ゲストOS）

  • Windows Server 2019 Standard Edition 1809

使用マウス

  • logicool M590 MULTI-DEVICE SILENT

原因／対策

  • アプリ「Logicool Options（v8.20.329）」で「スムーズスクロール」オプションが「有効」
    →このオプションを「無効」にすると改善
    （非常に稀だと思いますが、もし遭遇された方のために。。。）
