dmesgにこんな出力が出る。

ここを見ると、どうやらlinux-firmwareの最新のバージョンにBCM4356のバグがあるらしい。
ということで最新のバージョン（linux-firmware-20180606）から前のバージョン（linux-firmware-20180518）にダウングレードして解決。
