UnityでVRChat SDKを使って、VRChatのアバターをアップロードするために、VRChatにログインすると下記のエラーが出て、アップロードができない場合、ここはひとまず、OKを押して、ダイアログを閉じます。

Before you can upload avatars or worlds to VRChat, you'll need to spend more time enjoying the app. We do this for security reasons, and so you can learn more about us.
When you get the ability to upload, we will notify you via email and in VRChat. For now, you can learn and test on your own device.

ランクがビジター（VISITOR）の場合、アバターのアップロードができないようです。
New User以降からアバターのアップロードが可能となります。
ある程度、VRChatで遊んで、友達（友達申請）を作ると、New Userにランクアップします。
VRChatの [JP] Tutorial World で教えて頂きました。

自分のランクの確認方法はメニューを出して、
Social > 自分のアバターを選択します
名前の下に、ランクがのっています。
Future Proof Publish
下記エラーで、アップロード出来ない場合
VRChat SDK
Error updating content. Unity package upload failed.Failed to optimize file fo upload.
VRChat SDK の「Settings」タブの「Future Proof Publish」のチェックをオフにする
「Build & Publish」でエラーになる
ビルド出来ない場合、
Unity Hubで「Windows Build Support(Mono)」を選択する必要があります。
VRChatは、これがないと、ビルドできない。
同じモデル名の場合、エラーとなる
下記のエラーが出る場合は、名前の重複がある場合に出ます。

Error saving blueprint.
Content Manager > 重複しているなら、Deleteを選んで、削除する
