ググっても出てこなかったので
事象：
最低バージョンiOS12で作っているのに、"Named colors do not work prior to iOS 11.0"というビルドエラーが出る。
原因：
StoryboardのBuildTargetが低い
いじったつもりはないんですが、何かの拍子に下がったんですかね？
