TransactionScopeでトランザクションが効かない件

よくネットで見るやつ

TransactionScopeのインスタンスを生成後に、
SqlConnectionを接続する。

それでもトランザクションが効かない場合

既に同一のDBに接続された、
SqlConnectionが存在してる可能性が高い。

要するに

開きっぱなし、ダメ、絶対。

既存の仕組みのせいで、
最新技術の恩恵を受けられないなんて。。。
