一度ハッシュのキーに入れてしまうと、ばらばらになるんですよね。

せっかく乱数を使ってるので

    $temp{$_}=rand*10000;

}

foreach(@newlist) {
    print "$_\n";
}

こっちのがばらばらの精度が高いでしょう。
