kubuntuで（konsoleで）neovimを使っているのですが、結構前から、書き込んだり改行したり何かノーマルモードでコマンドを使おうとした時、謎のqが表示されるようになって困っていました。が、解決したので方法を記録しておきます。

が関係するissueで、すべてすっ飛ばして最後のコメントを読めばいいのですが、
set guicursor=
をinit.vimにかけば解決です。以上。
