GPU付AzureVMの立ち上げにはドライバのインストールが必要

前提

インスタンス：VM NVv4
OS：Windows Server

VMに接続

RDPでVMに接続しタスクマネージャーを確認すると、GPUが読み込まれていないことがわかる
=>GPUドライバのインストールが必要。

ドライバのインストール

ドライバは公式ドキュメントによると
https://download.microsoft.com/download/f/1/6/f16e6275-a718-40cd-a366-9382739ebd39/AMD-Azure-NVv4-Driver-20Q4.exe
からインストールすればよいとのこと

インストール後再びタスクマネージャーを確認

これで読み込まれた。OK！！
