IISでerror 500.19 (HRESULT: 0X80070005)が返る場合の解決法

環境

Windows7 32bit
IIS 7.5系

事象

Http error 500.19 (HRESULT: 0X80070005)が返ってくる。

対処法

webサイトの仮想ディレクトリを含む物理ディレクトリをファイルエクスプローラーで開き、IUSRSにweb.configへのアクセス権を与えたら解決した。
