いろいろやって何度も試みてそれでもダメで🤮吐きそうだったけど、あっさり片付いたのは結局こういうことだった。
[RubyMine]-[Preference]-[Project Structure]-[+ Add Content Root]が空っぽ。
これにコンテンツのルートを指定して[Add]。
が～っと動いて解決。
やれやれ。
