[ServiceNow] メール送信の有効化

概要

PDI環境では、初期設定でメール送信が無効化されている。
本書ではメール送信の有効化設定の手順を記載する。

現在のメール送受信有効化状態の確認

[System Diagnostics]→[Email Diagnostics]から、現在メールの送受信が有効化されているのかを確認することができる。

下図は無効化されている状態。

メール送信の有効化

現在のアプリケーションスコープが「Global」であることを確認する。

[System Properties]→[Email Properties]を開く。
[Email sending enabled]にチェックを入れてSave。

もう一度[Email Diagnostics]を確認すると、メール送信が有効化されていることがわかる。
