Railsプロジェクトでpostsテーブルにuser_idを持たせる必要性がでた。カラムは無事追加できたが、既存のレコードに1個ずつユーザーIDを手打ちする（Posticoを使ってます）のはめんどくさい。SQLは書いたことなかったが、以下のシンプルなコードでいける（かならず Export CSV なりしてバックアップをとってから実施されることをおすすめします）。
