Oracle SQL Developerのフォントサイズを大きくする

画面のフォントサイズ指定は、設定の中を探しても見つからない。
設定ファイルを修正して、フォントサイズを変更する。

Windowsの場合
C:\Users\{ユーザ名}\AppData\Roaming\SQL Developer\system4.1.0.13.75\o.sqldeveloper\ide.properties

ide.properties

# To modify the font size for all look-and-feels in all locales, set
# the Ide.FontSize property.  For example:
#   Ide.FontSize=11
Ide.FontSize=16

ただ、ここで設定してもエディタやデータグリッドのテキストのフォントサイズには反映されないので注意。
SQL Developerの設定画面から変更できる。
