Scipyのoptimize.curve_fitに関するメモ

Scipy.optimize.curve_fit

curev_fitでは境界制約有りの場合trf(Trust Region Reflective algorithm)法によって，制約無の場合lm(Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm)法によって求解する．
またscipyのカーブフィットは実質的にleast_squaresメソッドによって求解される．
