前回の続き。書籍124pの内容（ROM回路）を組んでみた。
いきなり、ディップスイッチ×16 はつらいので、ディップスイッチは1個しかも1bitだけ組んだ。
一応、出力側で意図どおりに動いているので、あってるぽい。
次は入力（アドレスバス）側を作成する。
