Windowsでアプリを管理者権限で起動する小技

小技１：「ファイル名を指定して実行」を使う場合

Windowsキー＋R　→　cmdなど起動したいアプリ入力　→　Ctrl＋Shift押しながらエンター

小技２：タスクバーにある場合

タスクバーのアイコンを、Ctrl＋Shift押しながらクリック

小技３：タスクバーにある場合で、左から何番目かぱっと分かる場合

Ctrl＋Shift押しながら、Windowsキー＋数字（以下なら3でcmdが管理者権限起動）
