Windows Updateが途中で止まり、何度やり直しても進まない場合
こちらのサイトから、直接Updateファイルをダウンロードして適用する

もしくは、管理者でコマンドラインから、
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
sfc /scannow
を実行したのちに、再度、Windows Updateを行ってみる
