iPhoneとPC（Windows）をUSB接続し、写真や動画などをコピーする際に、
「システムに接続されたデバイスが機能していません」／「A device attached to the system is not functioning（英語OSの場合）」
というエラーが出る場合は、
iPhone側で、設定-写真-「MACまたはPCに転送」項目で、「自動」を「元のフォーマットのまま」に変更してみる
