以下を実行すると、`$環境変数` に `$値` がセットされる。

> [Environment]::SetEnvironmentVariable("${環境変数}", "${値}", 'User')

例: PATHの追加。

> [Environment]::SetEnvironmentVariable("PATH", "$env:PATH;$env:ProgramFiles\Oracle\VirtualBox", 'User')
