使えないpackageがあったので、webpackをversion4からversion3へダウングレード。
Releases · webpack/webpack よりversionの確認。
npm install webpack@3.10.0 --save
./node_modules/.bin/webpack-dev-server が消えるので次のコマンドを実行。
yarn install
yarn でやると消えないっぽい。
yarn upgrade webpack@3.10.0
