ソースコードは2個目のサイトからほぼ持ってきたのですが、今見たらアクセスできなくなってました。。

コンパイルバッチ

csc.exeでコンパイルするケースはあまり情報がないので苦労するところ。
※デフォルト環境ではWindows Kitsないかも。
