pipがSSL関係で止まったらpython自体を入れ直すのが良い

brewが原因ではない

pip is configured with locations that require TLS/SSL, however the ssl module in Python is not available.

これを見てぐぐるとBrew を入れ直せば良いという記事が出てきますが、僕の環境では治りませんでした。
さいわいpyenvを使っていたので別のバージョンのpythonを使ったところ無事にpipが動く様になりました。

よくわからんけどまあ。。
