はてなマーク < キーボードショートカット < General < Enable General Shortcuts
のチェックマークを外すとできる

Motivation

Confluenceで書式なしペースト（プレーンテキストで貼り付け）のショートカット（Ctrl+Shift+V）が効かずにわざわざメモ帳かアドレスバーで書式を捨ててペーストしていた。
これ面倒くさい...

Confluence独自？のショートカット、「表の上部にペースト」とコンフリクトしていたらしい。。。
