↑のメッセージが出た場合にはエクリプスの作業ディレクトリ
「.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.core.runtime/.settings/」の中にある
「server.core.prefs」系のファイルを削除するか修正すれば治る。
phpの場合には以下のファイル名
org.eclipse.php.server.core.prefs
