次の手順でうまくいきました
- キーチェーンアクセスを起動
- ロックをかける
- ロックを外す
- もう一度ビルド（その際に出て来たポップアップは「常に許可」を選択）
そのほかの対処法としては以下のようなものがありましたが、うまく行きませんでした
・podをcleanしてから再インストール
・pod update
・パソコン再起動
