既にインストールされているportをアップデートした場合、古いバージョンは削除されずに、inactiveなportとして残ってしまいます。
もしバージョンを前に戻したりしないのであれば、次第にMacPortsがディスク容量を圧迫することに。
以下のコマンドを実行すればもう安心。inactiveなすべてのportを一括でアンインストールすることができます。
$ sudo port uninstall inactive
