Ubuntu Server 18.04.1 を新規にインストールした後、いくつかパッケージをインストールしようとしたところ、以前まであったものが見つからないという状況になっていた。
sources.list が変わっていた
18.04 での sources.list が以下。

この通り、main のリポジトリのみが有効になっていた。
書き換える
以下のように書き換えて、apt update を実行。
/etc/apt/sources.list
deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu bionic main restricted universe multiverse
deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu bionic-security main restricted universe multiverse
deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu bionic-updates main restricted universe multiverse
これで以前にあったパッケージもインストールできるようになった。
