上ようなLintエラーが出たら不正な拡張子のファイルがないか確認してみてください。
tsconfig.jsonでcompilerOptions.jsx = reactと設定していると、対象ファイルまたは対象ファイルを含むグループの中に拡張子が.tsになっているファイルがあると上のようなエラーが出るときがあります。なのでそのようなファイルがあったら拡張子を.tsxに直してみてください。
