問題
Windows AzureのSLES VMでは、以下のエラーのようにインフラサーバーへのアクセスができません。
ERROR:Unable to obtain product information from server "52.157.241.14,None"
Unprocessable Entity

Unable to register modules, exiting.
これはSUSEが、PAYGからBYOSに移行する時のポリシーの変更が原因です。
以前は、AHB経由でBYOSに移動してもインフラサーバーにアクセスすることが出来ていましたが、6月中旬からそれはもうできません。
その結果、cloud-regionsrv-client-plugin-azure、cloud-regionsrv-client、およびpython3-azuremetadataパッケージが更新されていないVMでは”Unprocessable Entity”メッセージが表示されます。

問題が発生するVMでは以下のコマンドを実行して、必要なパケージが更新され、問題を解決します。
