Windowsの場合の例です。
Android Studio と ADV の Android エミュレーターで、crosswalkを組み込んだwebviewアプリをデバッグしているとき、普通のデスクトップPC版 Chrome ブラウザのアドレスバーに下記を入力すると、Android エミュレーター上で実行されているcrosswalk/webviewをインスペクタで見れる。
