バッチファイルウインドウ抑止の作り置き

インストールバッチ等をユーザーに気付かれないように仕込む際、ウインドウ抑止処理をいちいち書くのもめんどくさいので、対象の.batと同じフォルダに入れて同じ名前にリネームすれば動くようにするものを作り置きしておくと便利。
