windowsの場合、

C:>Users>[ユーザー名]>.gitconfig

の最後に

[alias]

#エイリアス

という形式で記述。

例：

[alias]
al = !git archive HEAD `git diff --name-only master HEAD --diff-filter=ACMR` -o al.zip
dif = !git archive HEAD `git diff --name-only HEAD~1 HEAD --diff-filter=ACMR` -o dif.zip
