数式周りの記法を編集しました．また，一部文章の修正，Markdownの記法修正を行いました． 修正はしていませんが，価値反復においては効用$U$と価値$V$を厳密に区別するのが一般的ですので，価値$V$を導入して説明してはいかがでしょうか．
