下記URLへ飛ぶ(googleアカウント未取得の場合は作成してください）

Google Crome Platform

1.チェックを入れ同意

2.プロジェクト選択

この画面が開いたら新しいプロジェクトを選択

3.任意のプロジェクト名を入力（画像撮り忘れました）
プロジェクト名に入力したら作成をクリック

4.OAuth同意
認証ページで同意画面構成を選択

この画面が出たら作成を押し次の画面へ

アプリケーション名を入力して保存

5.OAuthクライアントID設定
①→②の順に選択

上の選択すると出てくる

クライアントIDとクライアントシークレットがそれぞれ表示されるので
コピーしてメモ帳などに保存しておく

6.Google+ APIを有効にする
ライブラリの選択

有効にしたら完了
