Discordでも話に上がっていて、優しい人が教えてくていました。

POWERIK.dllというファイルを

C:\Program Files\Epic Games\UE_4.26\Engine\Plugins\Marketplace\PowerIK\Source\PowerIKRuntime\sdk\lib\Win64

から

C:\Program Files\Epic Games\UE_4.26\Engine\Plugins\Marketplace\PowerIK\Binaries\Win64

にコピーすればOKです。やったー
