主に自分用メモとして：
vim/ftplugin/python.vim などで以下のような設定をしているのに、いざ.pyファイルを開いてみると反映されてないとき
setlocal tabstop=4
setlocal noexpandtab
.vimrc とかに以下を追記する
let g:python_recommended_style = 0
Vim はデフォルトで PEP8 準拠な表示になるようにいろいろやってくれているらしい。
