frame: falseにすると消えるとか（フレームレスになる）
titleBarStyle: 'hidden'で消えるとか（IOSでしか働かない）
Windowsでの情報が少なかったので悩みましたが結果的に
mainWindow = new BrowserWindow({});
mainWindow.setMenu(null);
これだけでした。
