やり方
InkscapeでPDFを開くだけです．
内部インポートは崩れるのでパスでインポート．
必要な個所をマウスを引っ張って選択．コピー．
ファイル→新規→貼り付け→サイズの調整（下図）→保存(.svg)
保存されたSVG画像はベクタ画像なのでパワーポイントやワードにきれいに貼り付けられる．
