🎢 Building a “Playlist-Based Day Planner” for Amusement Parks Using React + Firebase

A theme park day is like a music playlist — if you get the order right, the experience is perfect.

As a frontend developer and a parent, I noticed something during trips to amusement parks:
The most fun days don’t just happen — they follow a perfect flow. From the adrenaline-packed mornings to the calm sunset wrap-ups, it’s like following a setlist.

So, I built an app called “ParkTrack”, a playlist-style theme park planner using React, Firebase, and Google Places API.


đź§­ Inspiration: Park Days Have Rhythm

We often plan our park days instinctively:

  • 🎵 Track 1 (Morning): Hit the big roller coasters
  • 🎵 Track 2 (Noon): Lunch + cool down
  • 🎵 Track 3 (Afternoon): Games + Go-Karts
  • 🎵 Track 4 (Golden Hour): Bowling, scenic rides
  • 🎵 Track 5 (Bonus): Memories + wind-down
