・資格と試験が1対1で対応。
・ロールベースの資格体系
-> ロールはloud Practitioner, Architect, Developer, Operationsの4つ
-> ロールごとにFoundational -> Associate -> Professionalとステップアップする資格と、特定技術のSpeciality資格がある

・基本的に資格と試験は1対1（2019年以降）
・資格はテクノロジーベース（オンプレミスとクラウドで共通の資格体系→2019年以降徐々に変わりつつある）
- Junior Associate(OJA) -> Associate (OCA) -> Professional(OCP) -> Master(OCM) とステップアップする
- 特定技術用のExpert (OCE) と、主にパートナー向けの特定技術かつインプリ向けのSpecialist (OCS) の資格が個別にある
- "ORACLE MASTER"は、基本的にSilverがAssociate、GoldがProfessional、PlatinumがMaster相当
・テクノロジーベースのため、クラウドもサービス（SaaS, PaaS）ごとに個別の資格がたくさんある（→2019年から変更のきざし）。
・有効期限は18か月（https://education.oracle.com/ja/recertification）
