これは直リンクだが、itunesconnectにアクセスすると目立つ表示が出るのでitunesconnectを見ればreviewの内容にたどり着けます。
reviewの内容の確認
指摘内容は基本的にAppleガイドラインに沿ったものになります。
なのでガイドラインと合わせて見るとより、理解できる。
以下指摘理由のみ抜粋。

これはログインできないからログイン情報更新してねって言ってる。
キャプチャーも貼ってあったので見ると、メールアドレス認証用のdemoアカウントを提供していたが、GoogleLoginしていたのでそれが原因。
Guideline 5.1.1 - Legal - Privacy - Data Collection and Storage
これは個人情報は必要な情報以外取らないでね、と言っている。指摘の対象になっているのは「Date of birth」（生年月日）。
app’s core functionality(アプリのコア機能)に使わなければ、オプションにしてねみたいなことを言っているので、「Date of birth」（生年月日）はapp’s core functionalityと考えているよと主張する。

google翻訳だけでも最悪伝わる（はず）。
日本語が冗長だと、主張が伝わらない危険性があるので、なるべく短い文にすることをお勧めする。

You should click "Login by mail address".
This account can login by "Login by mail address" but can't login by "Login by google".
It's because this is demo account.

We believe birthdays is the core function of the application.
Regarding “birth date”, I explained you earlier and received your consent to get this information from the users.
In enjoying sports together, due to physical fitness or technical reasons, events owners have established age requirements in the conditions.
So we think this is important that the user can be found sports events suitable for himself as soon as possible and the users can realize a more satisfying sports experience.
For that reason, we think that registration of birthdays is essential for our application.
So we think this app is in line with the Apple guidelines.
